Can I visit O Layla’s studio?
We don’t have our own retail outlet. Our workshop is in Khar Danda, a small crowded fishing village in Mumbai. It may be inconvenient for clients to visit - as the area is congested. However, if you don’t mind making the trek and wish to visit – you will need to take an appointment for the same. How do I place an order on the website?
Our online payment gateway is enabled now and you can make a direct purchase through the website itself.
We do not have COD facility yet. It should be activated soon.
You can also make direct transfer or payment into our bank account. If you wish to use this method of payment - please contact us and we will share our bank account details with you. Once we've received your payment - we’ll process your order.
If you are not sure about your size or need help figuring out whether a piece will suit you - please fill out the enquiry box on the product page and send it to us with your contact details and measurements. We will get back to you regarding the same.

Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?
Yes, we can customize to fulfill your requirements. Simple additions and changes like adding sleeves or length changes are not priced extra.

What is your return & exchange policy?
If the garment does not fit appropriately:
We work with standard sizing and work hard to ensure perfect fits. However, there are times when the garment may not fit appropriately. If that is the case – we are willing to make basic alterations or exchange for another size. All you have to do is send us the original piece back with all tags intact and ensure there are NO damages to the garment.
If you would like to get the garment refitted or altered in any way – please share the details of the same with us. We will try our best to do the same. Please take photographs of you wearing the garment (without removing any tags) as it helps us figure out the fit issues. You can send us those pictures and communicate the issues through WhatsApp on 9820057460. We would like to get the maximum information possible to correct the fit and ensure that you are happy with the piece you get. Then send us the original piece back with all tags intact and ensure there are NO damages to the garment. Please note once we have altered a garment – we will not be able to exchange it or give you a credit note.
If the garment does not suit you or you don’t like it for any other reason:
If there are no fit issues but you are not satisfied with how the piece looks on you and would like to return the garment – we are willing to exchange the piece for another one or give you a refund voucher which will be valid for 3 months. Please make sure all tags are intact and the garment is not damaged in any way before you send it to us. Exchanges are possible only if the piece is returned to us within 10 days.

If the garment is defective:
If we have made a mistake and sent you a garment that is defective or a wrong order – we provide a full refund. Refunds are possible only if the piece is returned to us within 10 days.
Shipping charges for the same will also be refunded
What are your shipping charges?
- Shipping in India: Free
- International: Rs. 500 & above. (Varies with shipping zones and size of the package)
- All Return Shipping: Payable by customer except in the case of defective garments - if the mistake was from our end
- Altered/exchanged garments being RE-SENT to customer: Paid by O Layla
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel/edit your order if we have not already started processing your order or shipped the pieces. Please contact us on +91-9820057460 (Mon-Sat 11 am - 6 pm) to make any changes to your order.
How soon will my order reach me?
Most of the pieces are made only after confirmation of an order. We currently take 3-4 working days to get the garment ready for shipping. If you have paid online we take 2-3 working days to have it delivered to you - in India. If, the piece is in stock with us - we will be able to ship it the same day (except Sunday).
We will update you regarding the same at the time you place the order.
How do I know you’ve shipped my order?
Once the order has shipped - you will receive an automated email notification with the tracking number of the item. We will also update you regarding the same on WhatsApp. Our logistics team will be following up with the courier and yourself till you receive the item.
