We allow cancellation of an order if the cancellation request complies with the following conditions.
- We may permit cancellation requests if the merchandise has not been put into process already. A merchandise is considered to be put into process if it is submitted by us for alteration or customisation, or if it has been handed over by us to our delivery partners for shipping to you.
- We suggest that you inform us about the cancellation of your order over the phone as early as possible. Call or WhatsApp us on +91-9820057460 (Mon-Sat, 11 am to 6 pm) with the details of your order and inform us clearly that that you wish to cancel it.
- Please note that all cancellation requests are subject to our best-efforts only. Our decision regarding cancellations are final and binding.
