ALTERATIONS POLICY

We want you to feel your best when you wear an O Layla creation - we offer complimentary alterations of our products. The following terms apply to alterations.

• Once you have tried the merchandise and feel you need some alterations, please contact us by email at enquiry@olayla.in or call or WhatsApp us on +91-9820057460 (Mon-Sat, 11 am to 6 pm) with the details of your desired alteration. We will advise you on the possibility of alteration of your purchase.
• Our merchandise may not be standard styles and sometimes even alterations that are perceived to be minor – such as raising the hemline or make a garment looser or tighter – may not be possible. Our decision on such matters will be final.
• We may suggest exchanging the merchandise for another size of the same style or placing a custom measurement order in case the alterations that you desire are not possible for your purchase.
• The costs involved in shipping the merchandise back to us will be borne by you. We will ship the altered merchandise back to you. We will bear the cost of shipping the merchandise to you if your delivery address is within India. International shipping costs will be borne by you.
